Teras Anyam Senja is a Bandung workshop making rattan baskets and lampshades with a small group of craftspeople. It joined Hold the Door because the founders received helpful guidance when they first tried selling beyond weekend markets, and they wanted to pass that practical support on. Each quarter, the workshop will give one first-time founder a no-cost session focused on a specific early business question. Its first session helped a young food-stall founder compare packaging options, estimate per-unit costs, and prepare questions for a local supplier. The workshop spent three hours together and checked in two weeks later; the founder had chosen a packaging format and placed a small test order of 200 units. Teras Anyam Senja does not promise funding or guaranteed sales, and it makes that boundary clear before each session. The owners believe a focused conversation and a useful introduction can still save someone time and avoid an expensive guess. They have set aside a quarterly slot so the commitment remains manageable alongside production.
