Tanjong Thread & Form makes work aprons and limited-run clothing for cafés, studios, and community groups. The team joined Paid in 15 after a small alteration shop explained that long payment cycles forced it to turn down fabric purchases while waiting for earlier invoices. Tanjong Thread now records the date each invoice arrives, checks it against the purchase order within two working days, and schedules payment no later than day 15. It has also simplified its invoice requirements so small partners are not delayed by unnecessary paperwork. Over the first four months, the company paid 31 of 32 eligible small-supplier invoices within 15 days, with the last paid on day 16 after a correction to the bank details. The business says the pledge improved trust as well as cash flow: its alteration partner has agreed to reserve two production slots each month. A simple monthly report keeps the team accountable and helps identify any recurring administrative delays.
