Taller Bruma Clara is a Valencia studio producing small runs of glazed cups, tiles, and serving dishes. It took the Paid in 15 pledge after local clay and packaging suppliers described how late payments from larger customers forced them to limit orders from smaller workshops. The studio mapped its buying process and found that invoices were waiting for approval simply because the person receiving a delivery was not the person who paid it. A shared receipt folder and a weekly review now connect those steps, and the owner reserves funds for supplier bills before adding optional purchases. The pledge has also encouraged the studio to discuss realistic delivery and payment dates at the beginning of each order. In its first 90 days, Bruma Clara paid 21 of 23 small-supplier invoices within 15 days, up from 12 of 23 in the previous period. The owner says the clearer routine has reduced awkward reminders on both sides.
