Sahab Workshop is an Amman furniture business producing made-to-order shelves, desks, and compact home pieces. Founder Lina Haddad signed No Surprise Fees because customers wanted to know the complete cost before committing to custom dimensions and finishes. The workshop redesigned its quotation form to show materials, labour, delivery, and any optional installation separately, then asks customers to approve changes in writing. Staff also explain that a site measurement may change the quote only if the customer confirms the revised scope first. In the first five months, 37 projects used the new form, and 9 customers selected priced upgrades before production began. No completed order had an unexplained charge added at delivery. The clearer estimates have helped the workshop avoid last-minute disputes and plan material purchases against confirmed orders rather than hopeful enquiries. Lina says the pledge supports trust on both sides: customers can choose knowingly, while a small workshop can protect the real cost of careful, made-to-measure work.
