Ruen Dok Mai is a Chiang Mai flower farm supplying seasonal stems and arrangements to cafés, small hotels, and neighborhood shops. Owner Kanya Srisai joined Paid in 15 after local growers told her that delayed payments made it hard to cover seedling, compost, and transport costs between harvests. The farm now checks delivery notes every Friday and sends approved payments through a regular twice-monthly process, with a firm target of 15 days from receipt of a correct invoice. Kanya also gives growers a contact number for resolving quantity questions, rather than letting an unclear document sit unanswered. Since taking the pledge, the farm has paid 16 of 17 supplier invoices within 15 days, totaling ฿184,000. Two growers have agreed to trial less common seasonal varieties because they can better predict when their bills will be settled. The farm has not increased its buying budget; instead, it has made the timing more dependable. Kanya says reliability matters especially when a supplier’s work follows the seasons.
