Rawaq Waraq Trading supplies notebooks, printed menus, and paper goods to independent cafés and creative studios in Abu Dhabi. The business took Paid in 15 after two small print shops said delayed settlement made it harder to buy paper for the next batch of work. Rawaq Waraq changed its routine so staff verify invoices promptly and run supplier payments twice each week, rather than waiting for a month-end review. The team also tells each supplier the expected payment date when confirming an order and flags any dispute within three working days. In its first 90 days, it paid 26 of 27 small-supplier invoices within 15 days; the remaining invoice was settled on day 18 after the team resolved a quantity discrepancy. The pledge has made payment timing part of procurement planning, and the print shops have been more willing to accept smaller, frequent jobs. The company now checks its payment record monthly and shares the results internally.
