Raha Atelier sews uniforms and makes alterations for clinics, schools, and small shops in Irbid. Owner Dima Al-Khatib took the Paid in 15 pledge after seeing how seasonal order delays could leave a small fabric merchant waiting for payment long after supplying materials. The atelier now records every fabric delivery against a job and settles verified supplier invoices within fifteen days. In five months, average payment time improved from thirty days to fourteen, and the merchant agreed to split larger cloth deliveries into smaller batches that fit the atelier’s storage space. Dima says the new routine also helped her identify which customer deposits should cover materials before cutting begins. The team uses a simple weekly cash sheet and raises a concern early if a customer changes an order. Faster supplier payments have not removed the need to manage cash carefully, but they have made expectations more predictable on both sides. Raha Atelier plans to keep publishing its payment schedule with each new supplier agreement.
