Racik Pagi Dapur makes packaged spice blends and ready-to-cook seasoning kits for neighborhood groceries and online customers. Its founder took the Hold the Door pledge after receiving practical help from another small business owner during her first year, when packaging costs and retailer terms felt difficult to navigate. Each quarter, Racik Pagi now offers one first-time founder a focused session on pricing, basic stock planning, and preparing a clear wholesale offer. The sessions are informal and do not require the founder to buy products or services. In the first quarter, the business worked with a new baker for three meetings; together they calculated the baker’s unit costs and prepared a one-page product sheet for local shops. The founder says the pledge has made mentorship a scheduled responsibility rather than something postponed during busy weeks. Racik Pagi also keeps a short list of other local specialists it can refer participants to when they need help beyond its own experience.
