Neelkanth Loom & Dye is a Jaipur workshop making naturally dyed table linens with a small network of home-based weavers. Its founder took the Paid in 15 pledge after several artisans said that waiting a month or more for payment made it difficult to buy yarn and plan household expenses. The workshop now records delivery dates on each invoice and schedules supplier payments twice a week, so a missing paper slip no longer delays the whole process. The change has also made its own production calendar more reliable: dyers can book batches with confidence, and the team spends less time following up on old bills. In its first quarter under the pledge, Neelkanth paid 18 of 20 small-supplier invoices within 15 days, compared with 9 of 20 previously. The owner says the improvement matters most when a modest, timely payment keeps a loom running.
