Moss & Morrow Workshop makes small runs of reusable cloth wraps and table linens, working with independent weavers and neighborhood shops. The founders took the Paid in 15 pledge after a two-person weaving studio told them that a 45-day wait for payment made it difficult to buy yarn for its next commission. They now review invoices twice a week and aim to pay every small supplier within 15 days, without asking anyone to chase them. The change has made production planning calmer: their regular weaving partners can reserve materials earlier, and the workshop can confirm delivery dates with more confidence. In its first quarter under the pledge, Moss & Morrow paid 18 supplier invoices within the stated period, with a median payment time of 11 days. The team also added a clear payment timetable to purchase orders, so expectations are visible from the outset.
