Looma Väike Köök is a small Bandung maker of fruit preserves, sambal, and gift boxes. Founder Dimas Prakoso took the No Surprise Fees pledge after buyers said they could not tell whether gift wrapping and local delivery were included in the prices shown online. The business rebuilt its product pages to show the item price, optional wrapping, and delivery charge before checkout, and it now confirms any special delivery cost before accepting an order. Staff also compare the order confirmation with the final payment request so totals match. In a two-month review, messages asking for an explanation of extra charges fell from 34 to 10, and the number of abandoned carts decreased by 9 percent. Prakoso says the most important change was not a new website feature but agreeing that a customer should see the full required cost early. The team checks prices monthly and adds a dated note to its internal list whenever a packaging or courier cost changes.
