Květ a Kámen creates seasonal arrangements and small event installations in Olomouc. Owner Tereza Malá took the First Order Terms pledge after noticing that new independent venues often had to pay for flowers long before their first event earned revenue. The shop now offers eligible first-time business customers net-30 terms on their first order, with the due date and payment instructions written clearly on the invoice. During the first four months, six new venues used the terms; five paid within the agreed period, and one arranged a check-in before the due date. Tereza says the policy has made it easier for promising cafés and studios to place a modest opening order without relying on personal credit cards. To manage risk, the shop verifies business details, caps the first order at a reasonable amount, and explains that later terms may differ. The pledge has not changed the flowers themselves, but it has changed how the shop helps a new customer get started.
