Kıyı Sofra Atölyesi produces olive spreads and seasonal preserves, buying jars and labels from several small local suppliers. The business took the Paid in 15 pledge after a packaging supplier explained that slow payments made it difficult to plan material purchases. The team mapped its invoice process and found that paperwork, rather than cash availability, was often causing delays. It now confirms received goods within two business days and runs supplier payments twice each week, keeping them inside the fifteen-day window. A shared invoice tracker also gives the production lead and bookkeeper the same view of what is due. Since adopting the routine, the average time to pay has dropped from 24 days to 12, and 17 of 18 eligible invoices have met the pledge. The owner says suppliers are more willing to reserve jars during peak season, making production planning less uncertain.
