Kıyıdan Kod is a İzmir software studio building simple inventory and booking tools for local shops. The founders signed Hold the Door to make the early business lessons they learned more accessible to someone starting without a large professional network. Once each quarter, they will give one first-time founder a structured four-week introduction to planning a small digital service, covering customer interviews, basic budgeting, and responsible handling of client information. Their first participant was developing an appointment tool for neighborhood repair businesses. The studio helped her interview 12 potential users and turn the feedback into a one-page prototype plan, but left product decisions and ownership with her. By the end of the month, she had arranged two trial conversations with prospective customers and a clearer estimate of monthly hosting costs. Kıyıdan Kod says the pledge is about opening a door, not promising investment or success. The team has set aside four staff hours per quarter and will review each placement to keep the support useful and manageable.
