Gulzar Stitch House is a Lahore garment workshop making uniforms and embroidered workwear for schools and small businesses. Founder Sana Malik joined No Surprise Fees after customers asked why quoted prices sometimes changed when they collected a finished order. The changes usually came from extra embroidery, urgent alterations, or packaging choices that had not been written down clearly at the start. Sana introduced a signed order sheet showing garment quantity, fabric, decoration, delivery, and the final agreed price. If a customer asks for a change, the workshop gives a revised total and waits for approval before proceeding. In its first 11 weeks, it completed 27 orders, and all final invoices matched the approved amounts; six orders had documented changes accepted in advance. Sana says the rule has made discussions about design and budget less awkward, since both sides can see the cost of each choice. It has also helped the stitching team avoid rework caused by misunderstandings about what was included.
