Casa Ipê Miúda is a Curitiba maker of small-batch soaps and refillable household cleaners. It took Paid in 15 after a local bottle supplier explained that uncertain payment timing made it hard to reserve materials for the maker’s seasonal orders. The owners realized that good intentions were not enough if invoices were lost between production and bookkeeping. They introduced a simple intake log, confirmed receipt with each supplier, and set payment reminders for the 10th day after an invoice arrives. In the first five months, 24 of 26 eligible small-supplier invoices were paid within 15 days, compared with 15 of 25 beforehand. The business also began sending a weekly payment-status note when a bill needed clarification, so suppliers were not left guessing. Casa Ipê says the new routine has made purchasing calmer and helped it avoid rush orders for bottles. The pledge is a commitment to prompt payment and honest updates, while keeping enough cash aside to operate responsibly.
