Bunga Pagi Botanika grows potted herbs and hardy ornamental plants for homes, cafés, and small offices. The nursery joined Hold the Door because its founder remembers how much difference one practical conversation made before she opened her first growing space. Each quarter, the team now offers one first-time founder a free working session on choosing a small initial product range, estimating recurring costs, and planning a realistic first sales channel. The pledge is deliberately modest: it is not a loan, investment offer, or promise of guaranteed business results. In the first quarter, the nursery met with a new soap maker four times and helped her compare packaging costs across three suppliers. She left with a simple cost sheet and a short list of local market dates to investigate. Bunga Pagi has also created a one-page session outline so advice is consistent and participants can prepare questions in advance. The founder says the commitment keeps community support practical and manageable.
