Brídín Cniotála is a small Galway knitwear workshop that works with local wool suppliers and a handful of independent finishers. The owners took the Paid in 15 pledge after learning that one of their smallest partners had been waiting more than a month for payment during a quiet period. They introduced a weekly accounts session, set aside money for approved invoices, and agreed to raise questions quickly rather than letting paperwork sit. Their average supplier payment time has moved from 26 days to 13, and 22 invoices have been paid within the pledge window since the change. The improvement has helped the workshop reserve wool in advance and give partners more predictable production dates. It has also encouraged the team to forecast cash needs earlier in the season. The owners stress that the pledge is not a promise to ignore legitimate invoice errors; it is a commitment to resolve them promptly and pay without unnecessary delay.
