Baan Rim Nam Preserves is a family-run producer of fruit relishes and pickled vegetables in Nakhon Ratchasima. Founder Kanya Boonmee joined No Surprise Fees because wholesale customers had sometimes found extra packing, handling, or delivery charges only after confirming an order. She felt that even small additions could make a careful buyer lose confidence, especially when a shop was working to a tight budget. The business now sends a one-page quote showing product prices, packing costs, delivery charges, and any applicable tax before the customer approves the order. If a delivery route changes, staff ask for permission before revising the total. Over the first two months, 31 of 32 orders were invoiced at the quoted amount; the remaining order changed only after the customer requested extra cartons. Kanya says the clearer process has shortened order discussions and made repeat buyers more comfortable planning their seasonal stock.
