Atelierul Fir de Munte is a Brașov workshop making wool slippers, mittens, and felted gifts with a small group of local craftspeople. Owner Andreea Ionescu joined Paid in 15 because the workshop’s wool cleaner and sole supplier were both small firms that often had to wait a month or more for payment. The atelier has introduced a weekly invoice check and a named staff contact for each supplier, so missing paperwork can be resolved quickly rather than holding up an entire bill. It now aims to pay approved invoices within 15 days, even during the busy winter season. In the first three months, 21 of 22 supplier invoices were paid within the pledge period, totaling 31,800 lei. The wool cleaner has since offered a steadier delivery schedule, allowing the workshop to plan two additional production runs. Andreea says the pledge made payment timing visible as an operating responsibility, not an afterthought.
