Our story

Gulzar Paper & Parcel is a Lahore stationery and gift-packaging shop serving families, students, and small offices. Owner Ayesha Malik joined No Surprise Fees after noticing that delivery and wrapping charges were sometimes understood differently at the counter and in messages. The shop now displays the price of common services, confirms delivery costs by location, and shares a final total before taking payment for orders arranged online. Custom wrapping remains available, but its charge is listed before staff begin. Over the first four months, the team recorded 53 orders with a confirmed total; 16 included optional wrapping selected after the price was shown. Customer questions about final bills fell from about 12 a month to 4, based on the shop’s enquiry log. Ayesha says the pledge has made a small shop feel more dependable without requiring complicated software. Staff can explain each line clearly, and customers can decide whether a service fits their budget before the parcel is prepared.
