Our story

Gỗ Nắng Nhỏ is a Da Nang furniture workshop producing compact desks and shelves for apartments and cafés. It took the No Surprise Fees pledge after customers told the team that delivery, finishing, and installation charges appearing late in a quote made it hard to compare options. The workshop rebuilt its quotation sheet so that materials, finishing choices, local delivery, and any optional assembly are shown before a customer confirms an order. If a design change affects the price, the team sends a revised total and waits for approval rather than adding the cost at the end. Since adopting the pledge, the shop has issued 46 quotes using the new format, and 39 customers accepted without asking for a later price breakdown. The number of disputes about final invoices fell from six in the previous quarter to one. The owners say transparency has made conversations about budgets easier and helped customers feel confident choosing the right size and finish.
