Our story

Chandan Bari Studio is a small home décor business in Chattogram, producing woven lampshades and fabric wall pieces with local makers. Founder Nusrat Jahan took the First Order Terms pledge after meeting new shop owners who liked the products but hesitated to commit cash before knowing how quickly the pieces would sell. The studio now offers net-30 payment terms on a qualifying first order, with the due date shown on the invoice and a straightforward contact for questions. Before confirming a first order, staff help buyers choose a manageable quantity and explain how reorders work. Since the change, five first-time retailers have placed opening orders; four paid within the agreed 30 days, and one contacted the studio early to arrange a revised schedule. Nusrat says the terms are designed to start a responsible relationship, not encourage buyers to overextend themselves. She signed because new independent shops deserve a fair chance to test a product and build confidence before making a larger commitment.
